What's the best ticket category I should choose while I am submitting a ticket?
There are 3 ticket categories:
Support
Sales
General
Just choose "Sales" category, If your ticket subject related to billing, balance, bonuses, payments, offers,...etc
And "General" Category, if you have a general inquiry about the account, services, SEOeStore,...etc
And Choose "Support", if you have an inquiry/Issue related to your orders on SEOeStore.
