# How to check reports?

**To check your reports, click on “Reports” tab on the SEOeStore homepage as shown below:**

Orders status reflects the current phase your order is going through.

**Active orders**: the orders you submitted, but not completed or you haven’t downloaded their report yet.
**Pending orders**: the orders you submitted, but not received
**Processing orders**: the orders getting worked on by our team.
**Completed orders**: the orders ready to be delivered and once you open them you can download their reports.

**Unread orders**: the completed orders you don't check
**Starred orders**: show the orders you starred
**Canceled orders**: show canceled orders by you or by the team.

||| Note: you can cancel the order only when it still pending and refund your balance to your account

**All orders**: show all orders you submitted and their status.
